To schedule your first appointment, please call us. Your first appointment with Dr. Fancher will begin with a discussion of your health history and goals, answering questions about how chiropractic care can help you, and a chiropractic exam. Please dress for comfort if possible.
Out of respect for clients who are chemically sensitive, please refrain from wearing any fragrances, perfumes, or colognes.
Please print out and fill out the Client Information Form to the best of your ability before arriving to save time during your visit. Plan to arrive early if you are unable to bring the completed forms with you.
